DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY
We offer world-wide shipping for all orders from our warehouse in South Korea, as well as from our global partner facilities. If a specific item ships from outside South Korea, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be placed within on the next business day. Depending on your country, public holidays may impact delivery timelines. Kindly note that we have no control over additional delays as a result of this.
We ship with our trusted partner couriers, ensuring fast and reliable international delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
We ship all in-stock items on the same day your order is placed. International delivery typically takes 4–9 business days for most countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination — it can be faster or slower. We offer one of the most affordable and reliable international shipping options available. If you’d like to receive your order even faster, please email us to arrange an upgrade. (Additional fees may apply.)
Orders to South Korea are shipped via Jaeilsa Logistics or other trusted logistics partners, with free shipping offered exclusively to South Korea. All of the above policies apply equally to South Korea, except for the delivery timeframe. Customers in South Korea can expect to receive in-stock items within 1–3 business days.
Shipping costs are different per country and rates calculated based on location at checkout. We offer free international shipping on all orders over $400 USD.
Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes and duty charges that may apply to international orders shipped outside of South Korea. In some cases, these taxes and duties may be covered by us through our logistics partners. If so, you will not be charged any additional fees. This will be confirmed once your order arrives at your country’s customs office.
Some items may ship directly from our partner facilities overseas (e.g. the United States). This will be specified in the product description.
We are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays during the shipment or other unforeseen circumstances.
For misplaced packages, upon confirmation from the shipping partners, we will resend the order to customer but we are not liable to issue refunds for lost packages.
If no complaint is raised about an order within 7 days of receipt, we will assume there are no issues and that the package has been received successfully.
PRE ORDER AND MADE TO ORDER
For Pre Order items and Made to Order items, you will receive a follow-up email with detailed information, including the expected dispatch date and estimated delivery date based on your location once you place an order. Please allow us 2-6 weeks for production and delivery of YÉONI. ready-to-wear (RTW) items. Select items that ship from our U.S.-based partner facilities may arrive sooner, typically within 3–15 business days. This helps mitigate the wasteful practices in fashion industry. If estimated delivery date changes due to available stocks of fabrics & trims, we will notify you with updated date.
CLIENT ACCESS
Through Client Access, we offer a rental service for clothing. Enjoy each piece for up to seven days, with the return arranged on the seventh day from the date of receipt, at a service fee of 25% of the retail price. The seven-day Access period starts on the date of receipt and ends with the return arranged on the seventh day. We kindly ask that all items be returned in their original condition, and in the rare case of damage beyond normal wear, the appropriate repair or replacement costs will be applied.
To request Client Access, please email us, and we will provide an invoice with payment instructions. If you decide to order the piece after the Client Access period, you will receive a 10% benefit toward your purchase. For any further information or extension requests, please contact Customer Care.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
At YÉONI., we strive to make international delivery as smooth as possible and never want to place any extra burden on our customers. In some regions, we may cover taxes and duties on our side to ensure a seamless shopping experience with YÉONI. However, as import regulations vary by country, there may still be cases where additional customs fees are charged upon delivery. In such cases, your local customs office will contact you directly, and you can simply complete the payment with them as requested to receive your package. We kindly ask all customers to review the general information below regarding potential tax and duty payments.
For our U.S customers, select items are shipped directly from our partner facilities within the United States, ensuring fast delivery and no duties or taxes. For items shipped from South Korea, a 15% import duty will apply to all orders, regardless of value, beginning August 29, 2025, in accordance with new U.S.–Korea trade regulations. Previously, orders under $800 USD were exempt from duties under the U.S. De Minimis Rule. However, this exemption has now been suspended for South Korean imports, and the flat 15% tariff applies to all shipments, including clothing, accessories, and tea. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing the latest updates on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.
For our customers in Australia, orders valued under AUD 1,000 (approximately USD 690) are exempt from customs duties when shipped from South Korea. However, Goods and Services Tax (GST) may still apply depending on the total value and seller registration with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). We recommend checking with local customs for the most accurate, up-to-date information.
For our customers in Singapore, orders valued under SGD 400 (approximately USD 300) may be exempt from customs duties and GST when shipped from South Korea. This allows most small-to-mid-sized orders to be delivered without additional charges. For larger orders or exact tax guidance, we recommend checking with the Singapore Customs Authority.
For customers in the EU, UK and Worldwide, international shipments from South Korea can be subject to customs and import duties once they reach your destination country. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for more information about the possible charges before placing an order with us. The international taxes and duties are vary per country.
For all our global customers, any additional customs charges incurred by the customs office in each destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable through YÉONI., as they are remitted directly to local authorities. Customers may contact their customs office to inquire about potential reimbursement in case of a return, as duties and taxes are generally non-refundable once an order has been received.
RETURNS
We offer returns for all orders, excluding sale items, Made-to-order items and products requiring special handling such as jewelry and tea tins, purchased at YEONIworld.com within 7 days upon receipt of the order. For eligible return items, please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that tea tins and jewelry are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. For shoes, please try them on soft surfaces before wearing. We do not accept returns for shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned in their original packaging. Made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, as they are custom-produced exclusively for each customer.
To request a return, please fill in required information on returns form and send the form to our customer care at customercare@yeoniworld.com . Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and email you a return shipping label for a simple return process. When you return items to us, please include the form with your order as well.
Full priced items are eligible for a full refund, minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns on sale items, Made-to-order items, tea tins, or jewelry. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item first and place a new order. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
